My sister introduced me to FS and this is my first challenge. I started doing yoga a couple of months ago and it's really helped me focus on taking better care of myself. I've gotten into the habit of working out more and now I need the motivation to track calories so that I can start to see numbers dropping =)

Jennifer i wish you good luck with a lot of motivation as i see you have long way to go but remember in every journey there are a obstacle so look at them as a challenge and not as the end of the road.
in the bottom line you are on your own and nobody will be care of you as you can care of yourself
be strong be motivation but to yourself first AIM (target ) which you can get it i promise you that if you will change your mind you will change your body this formula fit to every one in the world it doesn't matte if you have any physiological problem as i have i decided that this time i control my life and not my life will control me i decided that this time i will control my food and not my food control me so Jennifer what i can tell you?-- this is your really time to show yourself and family and friend and even to me (one man from isreal) that you are better then everyone that you are take the leading of your life to your hand and do the best of it (sorry about the english it is not my language we are with you and i sure i will try to follow you
