All Mini-challenges:

1. Do the complete 6-8 minute workout once every day for the entire week ( weeks 1 to 2 )
2. Add 5 reps to each exercise of the workout from the first week ( weeks 2 to 3 )
3. Maintain the additional 5 reps to the entire workout each day ( weeks 3 to 4 )
4. Add 5 more reps for each exercise on the workout -- 10 total added from Week 1 ( weeks 4 to 5 )
5. Raise the level one above where you were working out Week 1-4 ( weeks 5 to 6 )
6. Add 5 reps to each exercise to the entire workout each day ( weeks 6 to 7 )
7. Maintain the additonal 5 reps to the entire workout each day ( weeks 7 to 8 )
