Hi! I have been using Psyllium Seed Husks
for about 3 days now and I really like them. My big problem is that when I get really hungry... I start craving bad food... potato chips etc. etc. etc. I have been eating a lot of fruits and vegetables lately, but I decided to experiment with Psyllium husks.
2-3 times a day I take 1-2 tablespoons mixed in 8 oz of water. I always let it sit for about 5 minutes so that it can turn into a "gel". It is really gross to drink, but it isn't impossible. What is great is that I am not hungry anymore. Now I can eat my 5-6 small meals/snacks a day and never feel like I am deprived.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psyllium_seed_husks
