What are everyone's goals for this summer?? Any plans on what you're going to do differently? Or the same?

I'd like to be able to ride a roller coaster comfortably and safely this summer. I know it's an odd goal, but my inner child wants a reward for "missing out" on the stuff she likes.

On top of that I'd like to keep up with the preteens they're driving me crazy, and I need to model for them what it looks like to make healthy changes.

I'm a lot nervous since everyone else appears to be in MUCH better condition than I. No shame there..Razz

After years of struggling, I want to lose my last 29 pounds this summer. And since summer "Officially" ends on September 21st (approx 15 weeks) - this is doable. I am going to do this!

I have 11 pounds to go to get to my goal weight. Considering it took me one year to lose 11.7lbs, this will be quite the challenge. I may have to extend this to the end of the summer with you Buffy...

I've been back and forth with my weight for the past 5 years going from the 130's up to my highest 158. I am someone who grazes all day. I'm guilty of snacking throughout the day..but mostly at night. I'm a carb lover. I can not do without potatoes or bread on a daily basis so I do what I can to keep my weight down and still eat what I love.

I've actually reached my initial goal weight of 135 two weeks ago. I'm now trying for a second goal of 127 and I'm hoping this challenge helps me do that. If I achieve that goal I'd like to just maintain that weight for good.

I would like to get my pre-baby body back, or at least close to back...have the energy to chase my 2 year old around, feel like can still catch the eye of my husband,be able to feel like a good healthy example for the cheerleaders I coach. Gaining healthy habits and Confidence is my goal, I guess! I want to feel like the best version of my self, I think I let that feeling go a while back , and it's time to make myself a priority again! Good luck everyone, I wish you abundant success in reaching your personal goals!

I want to lose 30 lbs and be able to run a half marathon. I also want to actually be able to go to the beach or pool and not have to wear something to cover up. Most important.. I want to be a great example to my wife and kids!

I've a yo-yo style of weight loss over the past three years. Last summer I managed to get down to 155 but gained twenty pounds back over the winter. I'm down to 165 again.

My goal is to make this the summer that I finally reach my total goal weight AND that I keep it off. I am setting two weight goals for myself. I want to lose 20 pounds to get to 145. At this weight... I'm comfortable in my own skin. My next weight goal will then be to lose the remaining 10 pounds and to tone up as much as possible.

What I HAVE to do different this time... is to stop stress eating. When things get difficult... I typically lose all my strength with what I eat and w-a-n-t comfort food. I want to adapt those habits into something much more healthy... going for a run or reading a motivational passage if I'm at work. Doing this is the only way I'm going to break the cycle of binge eating and gaining back weight.

I turn 50 in July, and want to be more fit and lean. I'm taking weight off knees that could use replacements and strengthening quads, hamstring's, calves, etc. We're going to Victoria BC to celebrate my birthday, and I want to walk all over Butchart Gardens & everywhere! I will continue eating well and exercising as a way of life. I plan on being in the best shape of my life when we go to Maui in March!

My goal is to stay focused on "ME" for a change. I spend most of my time taking care of my family matters and right now I want some "ME" time and would like my family to understand that I need their support.

That may be a big step for my family as I seem to be the one that provides and supports all of their wants and needs. I have never been an "I" or "ME" first person. I have spend my entire life taking care and providing.
