Everyday can seem like a constant hussle and bussle! Running around like a chicken with its head cut-off, but are you making the right food choices? A lot of times we are in such a hurry, we forget lunches, or forget to take time for breakfast, but making time to do such necessary things needs to be made. What I like to do is buy small plastic containers with lids and make proportioned meals on sunday, refrigerate and take all of my breakfast and lunch meals to work and leave in the fridge there. If I forget a meal, I go to my local super market or "My Fit Foods" store and buy a healthy pre measured meal. Taking time to make your own meals gives you the confidence to know you have control of what your eating and the satisfaction that you made the yummy meal yourself! Just make sure you are choosing the right ingredients and cook away!!!
