Go for as long as you can! Push yourself. If you feel your hips dropping or rising: rest, breathe, try again. The time must be completed in one session, but not in a single plank, unless you're a beast. Plank for at least 6 minutes a day, 4 days this week.

Guidelines:
It's simple. All you need to do is eat one serving of vegetables, or one piece of fruit extra every day. Your routine salad, or apple at lunch doesn't cut it. It has to be extra, something you wouldn't normally eat. Eat one extra serving of fruit or vegetables a day, EVERY day this week.

Guidelines:
Do you already go for walks? Great, as long as you do them this week, you're set! Find the time to fit in a 20 - 30 minute walk this week. It can be at any time, anywhere, even in your own house if necessary. Walk for at least 20 minutes a day, 3 days this week.
