Not sure where to post questions...as for the mini challenges, do we change our mini-goal each week...or simply add an additional mini-challenge each week. In other words, this second week...are we to walk the 1.8 miles plus do the sits up, etc? Or is our mini-challenge just the sit ups? Thank you!
