Guidelines
This is a crucial week. It's the second to last week and this is when the going gets tough! This week focus on cutting your usual daily intake of calories by 150. Tell yourself "no" when staring at that yummy piece of bread or that ice cream sundae. It will be SO worth it. Just think about it! :) Another 1.8lb this week! We are getting closer and closer!!! It will bring our total to 9lb!! Just 1 more itty bitty one to go!
