Mini-Challenge - Morning Madness

Guidelines
Every morning drink a glass of ice cold water (only if you have no medical problems such as heart issues etc) and do 10 squats and run in place for 100 seconds. Starting the day with cold water and exercise can do wonders! This week another 1.8lb will be disappearing bringing our total to 7.2! Good Luck, you're almost there!
