Week 1
Guidelines:
The first week, the goal is to lose 3 lbs. That should be easy since our weigh in day is the day AFTER Thanksgiving! We should all have added a few extra lbs. we didn't really want anyway! So lets focus on the basics - calories in, calories out! Chart your food and exercise and work to stay in control. The hardest battle of any diet is the battle of the mind! Good luck! Week 2
Guidelines:
So It's week two, and the Thanksgiving Turkey has left the building! This is when it gets a little tougher to drop another 3 lbs. Lets toughen up. The snow's probably going to be here soon, if not already. Don't let the cold and snow stop you from getting your exercise on. In fact, embrace it as a challenge! Leave the snow blower in the garage and shovel that drive by hand! Take a run in the frosty woods and enjoy mother natures colder side. Whatever, watch your calories and take the time to stay active!

Week 3
Guidelines:
Hooray! We're past the halfway point! Now the stress of the holidays are going to start creeping up on us. We're going to be tempted to eat... a lot... and mostly bad stuff (full of fat, grease, etc). So decide NOW, before the week starts, what you're going to do. What you're going to eat, what exercises you're going to complete. Write it down, have a plan! Because we all know what happens when there is no plan... that's right - McDonalds. Multiple times. Stay strong! Weigh in at the end of the week! We're all counting on you!

Week 4
Guidelines:
Final week! Let's finish strong! This is going to be the hardest week of all. Christmas parties, cookies, wine, Christmas Ale, breads of all sorts, sugar coated fat dipped in carbs, fried in yummy tastiness. Enjoy your life, but don't be a slave to your taste buds and your tummy growls! Beat that hunger monster down and let him know who's boss! It's the last week. If you've managed to stick with this challenge, you're down 9-ish pounds. Don't wimp out just as you're about to cross the finish line! Finish Strong! .... and then enjoy Christmas dinner!!!! Merry Christmas!!!
