I lost 20 lbs on Jenny Craig and Weight Watchers. It too me 9 months to do this in 2009. Since then I've put most of the weight back on.
I need motivation to get moving and serious help with portion control. I think this group and the BB App will help with this.

Portion control is hard. Have you tried using dessert plates rather than dinner plates? I do that sometimes, when I know I'm likely to overeat.
