Guidelines

Budgeting your calories is hard, so budget a reward for the end of the day, such as a small piece of chocolate. Having a chocolate bite to look forward to every day will help stop the guilty sneaking and blowing your diet. With the chocolate or other small treat and hitting your negative net cal goal daily will feel great!
