Challenge Forum: Started walking June 12th

I have not been one to walk much because it is difficult. I get out of breath easily but I like being in the outdoors. So as of Wednesday the 12th I started with only being able to make it to 10 minutes. I have now pushed myself to walk around the neighborhood for 25 minutes. I have been walking early in the morning everyday now since the 12th. It has not been easy.

any movement is GOOD movement! keep it up it does get easier. i am now jogging i never ever in my life thought i would jog. even laughed at the weirdos jogging outside, now im one of those weirdos Smile i started with a walking dvd and went from there! so keep going you can do it!
