Just did my first dvd on my first day of p90x (Chest & Back w/ab ripper x). I'm learning quickly that p90x will show you exactly how out of shape you actually are lol. I was really struggling but I gave it my all and then some. I had to lay in the floor for about 15 minutes after the workout because I felt like I was about to puke. Feeling much better now lol and I can really feel the effects. My chest and arms are still trembling from the push ups. I'm using Mike's Mix for my recovery drink, many people I've talked to say it's the best bang for the buck when it comes to recovery drinks. Tastes better and goes down easier if you mix it with about 8 ounces of water for 2 heaping scoops. More water thins it out too much and the taste suffers.

I know how you feel bro! I started before i joined this group so i'm a little ahead of the curve! but if you can make it thru tomorrow (WHICH IS PURE HELL!!!) then you can make it thru the program! Good luck and keep us updated

Same here, I also started a little earlier. The first time around the workouts were really challenging. I would say the first time around I did somewhere around 50% of the workout.

The second time around now I'm at around 80%. Is great to see the progress Smile
It gets better just keep it up!
