I walked briskly for an hour yesterday and did another hour this morning before work. I'm having surgery on Thursday, so I'll probably be pretty quiet for a few days, but maybe I'll lose a few pounds. Just trying to focus on the bright side. So....week 2 is not going to be too productive on the exercise front, but I'm looking forward to getting back at it in week 3. Good luck everyone!

Phew, week 2! The exercise hasn't been every day. I did get in 2 90 minute hot yoga classes. I have been eating well. Too many other things going on. I will try to make up for it this weekend!

Doing well with exercise all days but thursday, but I didn't see the post about changing things up in week 2, so I have been doing the same running and Muay Thai that I did last week. I guess I will work on that next week, though I am committed to 5 MT classes a week, so I will have to do 7 new things on top of the 9 hours I am already doing. I am exhausted just thinking about it, lol. Maybe replace my morning jog with different stuff each day.
