My appetite seems to decrease with exercise, makes it easier not to give in to the evening temptations. This time around it is a little easier because my daughter is trying to cut back too and isn't making yummy desserts. Keep on keeping on!

Today instead of going to the gym I met my friend in town for a light dinner, I carried a heavy rucksack with me and then walked her to the train station then from the station all the way back home. A total of 45 mins brisk walking. Job done!

Yesterday wasn't a great day because we spent 11 hours at the hospital for my grandma's surgery, but I'm up this morning and just got my 1 hour walk done. Then I'm heading to the gym at lunch. Good luck today everyone!

Yesterday was a bit harder to get the 30 minutes in, my daughter and I did aerobics while watching a DVD at home after having gone out for dinner. Keep on keeping on!

Today I did a 30 min swim and a 30 min session on the elliptical.
Diet: I am just trying not to over eat.
I realize I may have look at what I'm putting in my mouth since I need to loose 1.6 pound per week to meet the target. Tomorrow I'll evaluate my progress. Fun challenge.

Hey everyone - made it to the gym yesterday and did 33 mins on the cross trainer. I think I'm going to step up my efforts over the weekend. I would like to do an hour tonight and squeeze in at least an hour on Saturday and Sunday ahead of my weigh in.
I've had a 'peek' weigh and it looks like I'm on schedule to beat my personal best in terms of weight loss in one week. This challenge has really kept me motivated!

30 minutes of interval training. Higher intensity than yesterday, but still pretty awful anaerobically.

I walked to work, which was 3.1 miles and I'm heading to the gym for lunch, so it should be a good Friday. We are heading out of town for the weekend, so I'll have to give it an extra effort while we are gone.

I've been doing about 45 minutes on the bike and about 30 minutes of lifting (either the 30 day shred or my own circuit). Keep up the great work everyone!
