I know drinking water is hard for most. But it is extremely important to drink water for our weight loss but most of all our health. Let us continue this challange and drink our 8 cups at least per day, PICK UP THE CUP OF WATER AND SAY, "To our health"! (Please read post on 'WHY NOT WATER?)
