From the challenge title, it seems fine to add a little sugar in your tea. If you want to take it a step further, minimize how much sugar you use and try to use natural sugars like honey and agave. =) ...

why this challenge
I have a friend who's a personal trainer and her reason for not drinking "diet" sodas was that the artificial sweetener (aspartame) converts into formaldehyde. I didn't confirm it. ...
