Starting early?
I'm doing mine outdoors, using times rather than measurements. The first week is 5 min warm up then 8 intervals of 90 sec walk and 60 sec run. Did my first day yesterday and felt great!!

lets get going
I used the c25k training program to run (jog really) 2 5ks two years ago. This is a great program, I'm excited to begin it again!
