Hello, I am going to start Power 90 Master series. I am currently finishing up my first round of Power 90.

First off, if you have health issues or are concerned you should consult your doctor. I am not a doctor, nutritionist, or personal trainer. I'm just a fat dude trying to get in shape.

This program works. Eating right and working out and following the program has me 45 lbs lighter, and I have two weeks left in the program. That's fat loss + muscle gain.

I want to challenge other people to join me so we can encourage each other through the next 90 days.

It is not impossible. I have a full time++ job (sometimes 60 hours a week), parent, husband, and we keep busy.

I found through round one, it helps me manage my time. I used to think I was 'busy' all the time, I realized I was not managing my time very well. It takes just one decision every day to keep it going.

I just finished my first run at Power90 today. I did all 90 days without missing a day (you do get 1 day off a week in the program). Yes, it is possible!!!!! Some days I didn't want to do it. I told myself a bad workout is better than no workout (just don't find yourself saying that too much) and I did it.

I hope this can be motivation for anyone doing this the first time. I am so happy with my results I don't know when I'm going to stop.

1) Lost around 50 lbs.
2) Strength and stamina has increased.
3) I have lost nearly 10" off of my stomach (measured at my belly button) - I did not measure day 1, I actually measured after 2 weeks of working out.
4) My resting heart rate is around 68
5) My bad cholesterol is down to where it should be.
6) I am wearing clothes I haven't worn in years, and they are even loose on me. Belt notches are a great indicator - I don't think I own any pants I can wear without a belt anymore.

When I first started I didn't think I would make it or progress in the program. I couldn't do many pushups (even from my knees). I used really light weights for the circuit. I got so winded I'd have to pause the video or just march in place because could do it, and I didn't want to overdue - I listened to my body. I struggled just to keep moving the whole workout much less work hard through it. The power yoga, forget about it, I could barely do any of that. Now I can do the whole thing.

That's all different now, doing this every day you will start seeing results, more pushups, adding more weights, doing more reps... I actually like to fail, because if I'm not failing, the workout is too easy. So if something became easy, I upped the weights/reps so I would have to work at it.

My long term goals are starting to look fast approaching. Eating right had a lot to do with my success, and this site is a great place to track that, and their mobile app makes it easy to add food (thanks to the bar code scan)
