Drink water, water, water!!!
Guidelines
Get a 2L container and fill with water every morning. Drink at least this amount of water daily. I add lemon, cucumber, mint and ginger to my water. I put in the refrigerator overnight. Gives it a little flavor.

Guidelines
Avoid sweets such as cookies, cakes, pies, candy, etc. Enjoy the "sweet" taste of natural fruits instead!
