I'll try to avoid french fries of all kind (my primary weakness) and also will keep track of my daily calories intake.

My worst eating habit is nighttime sweets. Especially cookies! I began a crochet blanket for my fiance, and I have found that the busy work helps to keep my mind off snacks.

@Ragdoll73 sounds like a good plan, I just discovered the world of knitting back in the early spring and now I am hooked. Are you on Ravelry?

Lizosu, I had never heard of Ravelry until your post. I just signed up. Looks like fun! I learned how to crochet about a year and a half ago. It is so calming and relaxing for me. Good for my mind!

My weakness is alcohol. I love a couple of glasses of wine after work, and hanging out on the deck on the weekends. Those calories really add up!
