Hi I just started today and I'm excited to lose weight!
Does anyone have any good tips in not being hungry when your stomach is growling after 8pm and you want a piece of chocolate or worst a cheeseburger??

Drink a lot, herbal teas, water. Do something else, focus on things not concerning food.
It works, if you are firm about your purpose Very Happy
