I wake up every morning and weigh myself, and this morning my weight was 134.2 , ugh. If only morning weight would be true after everything I eat , at night I always weigh 2 lbs heavier!

Your morning weight is your true weight. Our weights fluctuate throughout the day normally. Read this article!

I weigh myself at around 10:00am. If I weigh in at 8 it will say 184 and by 10 I am down to 182. I think I retain water overnight and it takes my body a bit of time to stop sloshing around and get normal.

This happens to me too. I've read that it could be too much salt in your diet. (I tend to overdo the salt.)

As long as you weigh consistently(am, pm, whatever) it IS your true weight! If you weigh one day in the morning and one day at night, then it will not be true. I always way Sunday mornings at 8am when we get up for church. Nude of course, in my bathroom LOL.
Started South Beach Diet Phase 1 on 12/30/12. I *WILL* get to goal this time!
