One week into our voyage and It appears we have had one crew jump ship in the night and may have to toss a few more over the rail soon .. Im sorry for it to come to that.. but the rules of the ship are rules to be followed.

For the sea is an unfeeling deceiving lover... on which our collective souls demand 100% of our efforts. Some are just not ready for a stint at sea this particular stage in their life's journey.

So we bid them well where ever they sail, or a second chance next voyage.....

For we hold no grudges on this'in here bark but we morn them not long neither.

For there is work to be done so we tarry not long lest for only one small moment of silence. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Then its back to our chores and mind'in our stores on their behalf we'll be sing'in....

"Put your backs to it men" we sing with a grin as we slip further way from the shore.

Ti's a smooth day sail with a steady rail and forecasted to stay that way,

Till the week end comes then hell breaks some so get in your rhythm I say..

And Best Keep lines in order for challenges are sorta the way of the seafarers day..

And out on the horizon yer sure to be find'in its best to learn your duties well..

So as not to falter when sea swells alter and asks for you all by name.

So keep cabins tidy, and make not lite'ie of all your promise told.

Keep your powder dry and sharpness of eye and Uphold your honor bold.

For there is no room aboard this ship for any slackers in her hold.

The sentences have been executed, and many, many have walked the plank and filled the bellies of the fish.
Some of ye slackers have barely escaped, and some have indeed improved.
But for those who haven't, I am watching ye.
And some I found hiding as if they were stowaways, although they fulfilled all their duties before. No reason to panic, these are just routine inspections. Ye can come out of your hiding now.

And for all of those still aboard, we have a great crew now, and have a safe journey further on.

I'm afraid I had abandoned ship for the last couple of days and pilfered from the local villagers. Hence the weight gain!! But I'm back onboard ready to report to duty, even if scrubbing decks becomes my punishment!!

I too abandoned the ship these last few days, because I had to renovate my new cabin. I can tell you its a good way to loose weight, painting ceilings especially. Well, now I am onto packing boxes and carrying them across the decks.

Glad to hear I wasn't the only one who's abandoned ship, but yours was for a very good reason. Your new cabin sounds as though it'll keep those calories at bay. Enjoy your renovating!! I'm please to report that I'm back on track!

EKeal:

Your Ships officers are not slave merchants...You have to be absent your ships duties far longer then a day..We usually give crew a week to see if there is really something up..So no worries mate! We do however encourage going back and logging in as best you can those days you missed as if not it doesn't really help you train your mind and mature in your diet consciousness, nor help in actively tracking down your cheating/hiding monster but instead gives place to continue him set up his residency, there for nullifying the whole point of the voyage for you.

However we look hard at any crew whom are here for a day or two and gone for a week repetitively and these slackers will eventually get weeded out and tossed to the sharks before voyages end...so don't be abusing the kindness shown of us to brazenly...Arr!

PS: As stated before if any crew knows their going to need shore leave for more then a couple days ti's best to drop one of us a note so we know why your suddenly gone from your ships duties and you don't return to find yourself moved out of yer cabin and all your belongings tossed overboard in our wake left for dead as a mutineer.

Once tossed overboard there be no returning to the ship this voyage.

I'm enjoying this voyage so I definitely don't want to be tossed overboard and left for the sharks! If I do happen to 'abandon ship' (hopefully not!) again during the voyage I'll definitely paddle backwards and try to record as best I can.

Neerin the end of week three and Once again there are Crew whose names have been added to the next "Purge the vessel of dead weight list" if'in their ships duties arnt put right in short order.

Im not going to bother postin privet notices to their cabin doors this round...ye know who ye are and what needs to be done with your ships duties so best be minded then from here on out.

Carry on...I be off now to sharpen me sword case we have a ceremony to attend.
