So saying no to soda was easy because I didn't eat out, my mom got sprite instead of ginger ale and working out leaves me only thirsting after water. I have tried this before though, there are times ...

yesterday was hard...today is harder....but havent given in..well i did give in to having my migraine med with caffiene im sure once the headaches go away it will be easier :-) pleassseeee haha

Well, beer is not good for you in the first place. So I wouldn't drink it. I think the point of this challenge, is to make healthier choices.
