even think about a drink. Two back to back ten hour work days, and then 1-2!hours of house work. I haven't exercised in months, but started brisk walking on Monday night. Each night, I'm adding 10 minutes to what I walked the previous night. But what's really nice, is that I had forgotten that when I exercise, the desire for a drink goes away. With that in mind, I'm going to bed. Goodnight all !
