Eat Healthy and Wise

Guidelines:
No starvation diets!! Make sure you are getting enough food that you are not feeling deprived. Add generous portions of veggies to help you feel full. Don't skimp on the protein since that helps with lean muscle retention and eases sore muscles.

As much as I hate to admit this, it appears 30 pounds in twelve weeks might have been a little ambitious for me. Only 5 more weeks to go, and I am just barely over half-way there...
