Keeping busy
I've only missed 1 day working out in March. I did 24 days out of 29 in February. Some days are only 20 or so minutes, others are an hour.

I'm hoping with a lb a week I can drop 2 stone for the wedding, so that will be a great start, any more will be a bonus to my goal weight yay!! Goodluck to both of you too!

Cycling
The first week is good for me as I cycle to work everyday which takes upto 30mins! And mostly uphill, Hoping for a lb a week off so would only be slightly disappointed with half a lb when that happens! ...
