what did we start at???? I must say, I did the weigh in's weekly, but didn't really have time until this week to explore. I am an RNM / Supervisor who has been working 60+ hours a week at my hospital. I am pledging to do better, as I hit the half way point of my goal, I need the team / support to not lose focus. So many times I have reached this 160's and thought, "I don't look to bad" I am not settling this time.

Good for you! We started at about 525. I do little "teeny" challenges here and there lately once a week just to try to keep people engaged or give food for thought so to speak.. Haha Danielle

Going to be off for a few weeks...moving  lol so lots of packing and craziness, but defidently will be back on before the challenge is over!
