Hello everyone,

When I posted up this challenge, I intended to start it on the 7th of October which is today, but due to my lack of familiarity to this page, I set it to the 14th of October as the starting date.

I was afraid that it might be a tough challenge that pushes our bodies too hard, and I had the thought of deleting this challenge off.
When I checked this page again on the day right after i created this challenge, I see numbers of enthusiastic souls joined this challenge, trust me, from the bottom of my heart, I feel the strength being all in this together!
I have the motivation to push myself hard and anticipating having a new body for the new awesome 2014 !

But, what I am concern about is our health, I am afraid charismatic challengers push their bodies way beyond the limit, I am afraid I might be the cause of deteriorating the health, so.. just want to tell you all, remember to love yourself with patience and care! If it pushes the body too hard that causes negative impact such as nausea, inconsistent heart rate, light headed.. please give your body a rest! and get back on track and hit the end together!
Do not over starve yourself, lets do it the healthy way to have a happy ending!

Well said! Do this the smart way! Don't overdo it. Burnout sets in when you overdo it. Try to stay consistent and keep a positive self image.

I can't wait to start this challenge. It is exactly what I needed to kick it into high gear, in a healthy weigh. It just so happens that on Wednesday of this week I hit the 35 pounds to lose mark.

I am looking forward to adding this challenge to my others, I have lost about 20 lbs since i started the challenges. Each one has a different challenge and they all work together. I had hurt my leg and could not exercise for the last three months, but still I have continued to lose weight. My leg is much better now, so I am ready to get back to exercising. I am joining an aquatic center, so i will be swimming, working out with weights, walking, or using the machines everyday and be able to do the 40 minutes.
lets get...
