I love this challenge, I REALLY want to successfully complete it. I believe I can do this if I stop blowing it on the weekends... I do feel great and am showing a loss every week but time to be consistent. Weight watchers makes it very easy to eat right for me. But I am such a lazy weekend dieter!

This weekend is a planned "work out and wellness weekend" with friends of ours. If I kick butt I should be able to be back on the "2.5 pounds/week" track.

I'll let ya know on Monday!! Until then I am sending all of you well wishes for WILL POWER and WORKOUT ENERGY to help have a weekend to be proud of come Monday morning.
