I love this challenge, I REALLY want to successfully complete it. I believe I can do this if I stop blowing it on the weekends... I do feel great and am showing a loss every week but time to be consistent. Weight watchers makes it very easy to eat right for me. But I am such a lazy weekend dieter! Wink This weekend is a planned "work out and wellness weekend" with friends of ours. If I kick butt I should be able to be back on the "2.5 pounds/week" track. Smile I'll let ya know on Monday!! Until then I am sending all of you well wishes for WILL POWER and WORKOUT ENERGY to help have a weekend to be proud of come Monday morning. Smile

Hi.

I hear you about the weekends. I am usually able to loose 1kg (about 2.2 lbs) going from Monday to Wednesday, but then Thursday or Saturday (or sometimes both :/ ) I'll go to a party and get a little too much to drink, and I will end up with a net loss of half a kg.

Hi! I am "back on track" GEEZ its been a whirlwind couple of weeks... I really need to work on the weigh my mind views food... You know the saying "inside every fat person is a skinny person trying to get out?" Well I read a different view on that in a book and it is me to a "t." The TRUTH of it is "Inside every fat person there is an even FATTER person trying to stay fat!" I want to be thin and fit... but my "default is to eat what i want when I want and be fat. I am working on changing this but right now... being truthful with myself and using the WONDERFUL advice I read on here, I am being good for the next hour, then all I have to do is be good for the next hour after that and after that and so on... this is helping me break through the "old ways" and stay focused until I am no longer acting like an 'addict' looking for a "yum fix' lol
Like you said, today is Wednesday, i have lost nearly 3 pounds since Monday morning... The next few days will be the actual "challenge" Smile
