Daily Excercise
Thursday is normally my day of not working out. However, now it is my swim day. Twenty minutes in the pool is twenty minutes without temptation. It reinforces my resolve to drop some weight.

After work this evening,instead of sitting down to eat and watch TV, I changed and went to the track and jogged 7, quarter mile circuits,with walking interspersed between quarters.
