This challenge is helping me to stay on track! Had my son and his family over for dinner tonight. I cooked roast beef, mashed potatoes, corn and my favorite Yorkshire puddings with gravy. The thought of this challenge helped me to ignore all the hi carb food and stick to my roast beef and salad. The leftover Yorkshires and gravy are in the fridge and I am hoping they don't start yelling at me during the night!

I hear you, it can be tough! I love to bake for my friends and coworkers and I can't believe I made Toll House cookies last week and this challenge helped me not to eat ANY! It also helped to have some cocoa in whipped cream to satisfy that urge! I gladly accept new Atkins buddies!
