I was 128 lbs in my challenge picture. Now I am ~140 and need to lose 10 more lbs. I want to complete my goal in 4 weeks.

I was 128 when i was 29 which was about 2 years ago i felt and looked great.Now i'm 140 still don't feel bad, but,I am going to do this, for realz.
