15 pounds in one month is pretty impressive and will take a lot of work. I was wondering what everyone was doing to make it happen? I am sticking to my gym routine and 2600 calorie eating but am thinking of cutting the 2600 to 1500 just for 3 weeks. I lose on average 2 pounds a week with my current workout plan and 2600 daily calorie intake. My fear is that after the three weeks my body would get accustomed to 1500 calorie intake and I would gain weight when I returned to my 2600.
