My son is now 5 months old and I still need to lose 20lbs to get back to prepregnancy weight. I gained 53lbs with this pregnancy and am finally starting to lose weight at a good pace! I'm hopeful to look like I did before I got pregnant with #2, when I was the smallest I have ever been!

My daughter also turns 5 months next week & I still have 15 from this pregnancy to lose plus the 10 I never lost from my 1st! I started losing better after I came back to work from maternity leave.....got back into a daily routine. I'm still not able to find time to specifically 'exercise' but I'm busier & making healthier eating choices.
Good luck at getting all the weight back off. I know you'll do it. You sound pretty determined!!

Thank you for the support! I know you can lose the weight, too. Lately everytime I think I'm hungry I make myself drink a glass of water before eating, and it really helps!

My daughter is 5 1/2 months and while I was quickly back to my prepregnancy weight, it was a really unhealthy weight. I finally feel like I might be getting a balance. While my exercise is limited to a 20-30 miuntes run everyday (she determines how long), I find that I have so much more energy to play with her and that is burning even more calories.

Good luck ladies and stay motivated!!
If you are going to win any battle you have to do one thing. You have to make the mind run the body. Never let the body tell the mind what to do. The body will always give up. It is always tired in the morning, noon, and night. But the body is never tired if the mind is not tired.-George W Patton
