I was 185 when I got pregnant with my first (now 4), 205 when I got pregnant with my second (now 17 mos) and I am excited to get back into better shape than BC (before children)! My goal is 153 (69 lbs) but tonight my hubby agreed to a huge treat when I hit the 50 lb lost mark- a vacation to Hawaii! I know weight loss itself will be the biggest reward, but I love feeling like I am earning a trip too each time I get on a treadmill. Very Happy I would love to hear if anyone else is planning something special!

I hadn't really thought of rewarding myself for losing the weight but that's a GREAT idea. We already have a family vacation planned for late in the summer & I've set a goal of having the weight lost by then. Maybe I should find something I want to DO on vacation as a reward! Thanks for that idea!

My friend, a specialist in the art of achievement, insists a reward must be something outside of what you would normally do/ buy/ experience. So be sure your treat is something special, maybe a spa day and special shopping trip before the vacation to make you feel like a million!
