Guidelines:
During Atkins Induction, you should consume no more than 20 net carbs per day. Staying under 20 is okay, as long as you try to get as close to 20 as you can. Doing this will ensure that your body switches over to "fat burning mode" or Ketosis.

Guidelines:
During this 2-week Induction, strive to drink at least half of your body weight in ounces of water. Do away with known causes of weight-loss stalls, such as diet sodas, and meal replacement shakes/bars. Drink only water, and unsweetened tea/coffee. (A few packets of sugar substitute added to your tea/coffee is okay.)
