Guidelines:
Make sure to eat your small meals and drink plenty of water to prevent a feeling of starvation. Keeping in mind that Fish is to be eaten on Friday's (shell fish can count). Try to exercise at least 4 days a week. Log your food daily; this will help you to ensure that you are following Lenten fasting guidelines. Weighing in is up to you as this is truly about focusin on Lent, and weight loss will just be an added benefit.
