Beverages after dinner?
Herbal tea with no caffeine & no sweeteners sounds like the best habit to have for after dinner!! You would'nt want to break such a great habit as that!!

Lots of sleep......
I think going to bed at an earlier hour will help me stay out of the fridge and munchie cupboard..........and just maybe will give me the get go to get up and do a morning work out

I ate dinner, clean up, shut off light, I picked up my yarn project, watched a few programs, got on my treadmill, went to bed....I made it, kept my hands and mind busy...;0-)
