ZUMBA!
Because of this challenge I started doing Zumba and I love it it is a workout I truly enjoy doing, even though it is painful...my arms were burning thanks!

Who says you have to stand still...?
I have been dancing when I am cleaning the kitchen. Making dinner, and ironing. Trying to squeeze in any movement I can!
