so this challenge is based on this great book i read, "just 10lbs". Had some great stuff in it. I took lots away from it but the main things that really stuck out for me were as follows:
Today make healthy choices both mentally and phsically.
YOU are in control of everyhting you you do, think and eat.
Only YOU can succeed, YOU control your choices.
By choosing the healthier option you are choosing to be slimmer.
By choosing the healthier option I am choosing to be slimmer.
