Now we are on the road to success and have lost a few lbs why dont we take up something to fun to trim up our shrinking body shapes...? how about hulla hooping, zumba, dancing? Even if it's just once a week! We all hate the running and swimming etc but there are so many other forms of excercise we can do! its hard and takes dedication.. but we have come this far...so keep on going!
