I'm in need of a life change, not just another fling. I just got back from a trip to the Iguazu Falls in Brazil and feel like I need to be a new person. I'm glad I found this challenge. It seems like it'll be able to keep me motivated throughout the month and hopefully afterwards. I love the no stressed part. It has to be a life change that'll last.
