3 days of exercise in a row!
Keep it up and don't get discouraged if you have to miss a day...just get back at it. No looking back, each day is a new day. You deserve a permanent change..you will feel soooo much better.

I aim for 1600 calories, but that is still difficult for me. So, I try to focus on making exercise a priority.
