3 20 minute walks, 1 10 minute tug of war or ball chase, add a glass of water to each meal

Guidelines:
Take your dog for a 20 minute walk at least 3 times this week. Make sure it's not too hot!! Make a special trip to the dog park if you don't have a yard and throw a ball for at lest 10 minutes. Make sure you alternate arms! Add a glass of water to your meals and give your pooch a fresh bowl of water with his meals. It will help with digestion and make you feel full faster!

Add 2 more walks this week! Continue once a week play date; add a glass of water before bed.

Guidelines:
You and your pal should work towards 5 20 minute walks this week and one play day. You will increase your bound with your pal while both of you get healthier and happier! Continue to add a glass of water to each meal and dink a full glass before bed. Make sure fido is getting fresh water a couple times a day as well!

Take a Hike!

Guidelines:
Continue with the 5 20 minute walks a week, one 10 minute play date, water with each meal and before before bed. Add a hike to your week! Make a special trip to a park with lots of trails for you and your pooch to explore. Walk a trail that is at least a 2 mile loop and marvel in mother nature! Your best friend will appreciate the new scenery and you will appreciate your dedication to walking with your best friend!
