Rock Star jumps are completely kicking my butt. I'm looking forward to seeing some results in the arms and losing my tricep flaps ;)

Day 1: workout 1 - did ok - took a few minutes to figure out the moves. Used too heavy of weights. Taekwondo class was really hard to do today ;) Day 2: workout 2 - did ok - same thing with the moves ...
