Guidelines:
Make sure that you are drinking at least 64 oz of water per day, this will help keep the body hydrated, which also keeps the body burning fat. FYI: Dehydration slows down the fat-burning process.

Burn at least 1000 calories per day with exercise and diet

Guidelines:
If you don't already know, find out how many calories you need to maintain your weight (Google it) and then reduce your food intake by 500 calories and workout for at least 45 minutes (vigorous) or 60 minutes (moderate) to burn the other 500.
