Just about to log off and do Day 8, I really missed it yesterday, felt like a right lazy so and so lol - how quickly I've changed

I have a friend who is onto week 5, she's not weighing herself but she's down to a size 8 (which I think is US size 4) which is 2 sizes smaller - I would be thrilled if I got to week 8 and was 2 sizes smaller never mind week 5.
Are you following the nutrition plan as well? I am to a certaim extent, I'm mainly vegetarian (occasionally eat oily fish), so I'm using the top 2 tiers of the michi ladder as the nutrition plan is very meat (protein) focussed and so far the only thing I've 'swapped' to that I don't like is Sweet Potato.
